General Terms and Conditions
RULES FOR THE USE OF THE SCHOOL
The student will miss the class(es) missed for any reason (except for rain), whether it is one or all of the students in that group.
Classes suspended due to weather conditions will be recovered, with the whole group agreeing with the instructor on a date and time for the recovery day. No refunds are given for any missed classes.
If a student, once the course has started, has to leave the course for any personal reason, or even change the day, the club will look for a substitute and only at that moment (when the substitute takes his/her place), the student will be refunded the amount of the classes that are missing until the end of the course. You will forfeit any classes taught until a replacement is found.
If an instructor is unable to teach a class, the club will provide a substitute, and if he/she is unable to teach, all missed classes will be recovered.
Courses are to be paid in full before the beginning of the course (quarterly classes, class vouchers or individual courses).
If a group suffers at any time the cancellation of one or more members of the group, the new situation will have to be discussed and negotiated with the club, since the costs of each group are determined by the number of students.
CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Right of admission
Río Arena Pádel reserves the right of admission. Entry and/or stay in the facilities is strictly prohibited for any person who:
Disrupts good coexistence or respect among members.
Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Is not wearing appropriate sports attire.
Causes, incites, or participates in any disorder or altercation within the club.
2. Dress code
Proper sports clothing and footwear is mandatory on the courts. It is not permitted to play without a shirt/polo or to remain shirtless anywhere in the club.
3. Court reservations
Even if a reservation is made through any channel (online or in person), the Club reserves the right to modify or cancel the assigned court due to force majeure or organizational needs.
4. Use of courts
Courts may only be used for playing padel matches.
It is forbidden to bring in training materials such as signage, ball baskets, “pikys”, etc., or to use the courts for teaching without prior authorization.
No more than 6 balls per court are allowed.
5. General prohibitions
It is strictly forbidden to bring the following into the club or onto the courts:
Glass containers.
Alcoholic beverages or large group drinks.
Animals (including dogs).
Music devices or any equipment that may cause noise and disturb others.
Food or tobacco on the courts.
Changing clothes outside the locker rooms.
Any video recording or similar activity without the club’s express consent.
6. Liability
The Club is not liable for any physical or material damage suffered by users as a result of sports practice. Likewise, it disclaims all responsibility for any incident arising from the breach of these rules. In case of damage to people or facilities, the Club reserves the right to seek compensation.
7. Personal belongings
The Club is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within its facilities.
